Personal Skating History

Danielle brings years of experience and passion to the Teams Elite coaching staff. She skated competitively from 1998 to 2006 with Chicago Jazz and was a member of Team USA from 2002 to 2006. A career highlight came in 2006 when she earned a Bronze Medal at the World Junior Challenge Cup.

As a coach, Danielle has led numerous teams to become sectional, national, and international champions. Most notably, she made history by leading the first-ever American team to win a world title in synchronized skating at any level. Her vision, leadership, and dedication have made her one of the most respected coaches in the sport today.

Personal Skating History

Jamie is an internationally recognized ice dance coach with a proven history of developing top-level athletes. He has coached 12 U.S. Solo Ice Dance Champions—including two at the Junior level and one at the Senior level—and has guided a total of 26 skaters to US Solo Dance medals.

As a competitor, Jamie earned 13 National Gold Medals in Ice Dance across multiple levels and represented Great Britain on the international stage, including at the Junior World Championships. His deep expertise and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to the Teams Elite coaching team.

Personal Skating History

As a competitive skater, Lauren represented the University of Illinois Collegiate Synchronized Skating Team. In the 2012-2013 season, she earned a U.S. Synchronized Skating Championships Bronze Medal as a member of the Crystallettes Senior team. As a member of Team USA, she competed internationally at the 2013 Leon Lurje Trophy with the Crystallettes Senior team, showcasing her skills on the world stage.

Now a highly accomplished coach, Lauren brings her experience and passion for synchronized skating to the next generation of athletes. She specializes in developing skaters' technical precision, artistry, and team dynamics, helping them excel in both national and international competition.

Personal Skating History

With over 18 years of coaching experience in singles skating, Josh has guided and choreographed for athletes competing at the U.S. Figure Skating Championships, Junior National Championships, and on the U.S. National Development Team. His expertise in technique and performance has helped skaters excel at the highest levels.

As a competitor, Josh earned a bronze medal and a top-seven finish at two Junior Olympic (now J/I Nationals) competitions. He also competed at the Midwestern Sectional Championships through the Junior level, gaining valuable experience that now informs his highly respected coaching approach.

Personal Skating History

Shannon is a highly experienced choreographer and consultant, working with domestic and international synchronized skating teams, solo dance competitors, and freestyle skaters. As a private coach specializing in synchronized skating skills, she has guided athletes to achieve Gold-level USFS test credentials in Ice Dance, Solo Dance, and Skating Skills.

Before joining Teams Elite, Shannon dedicated seven years to coaching synchronized skating, helping athletes refine their technique and performance.

As a competitor, Shannon skated with the Lexettes and represented Team USA at two ISU Junior World Championships in Rouen, France, and Milan, Italy. A three-time U.S. Champion, she also competed in Senior Ice Dance alongside her partner, Luke Russell, representing British Ice Skating.

Personal Skating History

Loni brings over 20 years of experience to Teams Elite, having first served as a coach from 1998 to 2008. During this time, she also held the roles of Skating School Coordinator and Director of Northbrook on Ice from 2004 to 2005. After returning to Teams Elite in 2019, Loni has continued to make a significant impact, coaching both qualifying and non-qualifying teams to sectional and national titles.

A USFS Gold Medalist in Moves in the Field and Freestyle, Loni competed as a Regional Competitor through the Senior Ladies level. She was also a member of Team USA from 1998 to 2000, competing with the Starlets Senior Synchronized Skating Team at the Spring Cup in Milan, Italy, in 2000. During her time with the Starlets, the team earned National Bronze Medals in 1999 and National Pewter Medals in 2000.

She spent 13 years skating with Chicago Jazz, where she earned three U.S. Championship gold medals at the Junior and Juvenile levels. As a five-year member of Team USA, Bailey claimed three international gold medals and competed at the Junior World Cup. She continued her skating career at Miami University, representing the Senior Varsity team for four seasons. During her collegiate career, she was also selected for U.S. Figure Skating’s prestigious DREAM Program for three seasons and was honored with the Karin Sherr Outstanding Student Athlete Award.

Christina Albreski is a private coach specializing in synchronized skating skills, with extensive experience guiding athletes through the Gold Levels of U.S. Figure Skating’s Skating Skills and Freeskate programs. Her focused coaching approach has helped skaters achieve their highest potential in both technique and performance.

As a competitor, Christina represented Team USA and skated with the renowned Chicago Jazz, gaining valuable insight into elite-level performance and team dynamics. Her unique perspective as both a coach and former Team USA athlete makes her a respected leader in the synchronized skating community.

Ellie Lim has been a dedicated coach with Teams Elite for over 7 seasons, sharing her expertise and passion for synchronized skating with athletes of all levels.

As a skater, Ellie has earned national, international, and world medals at the Senior, Junior, Novice, Intermediate, and Juvenile levels. She was a key member of the 2022 and 2020 Team USA Junior World Teams, where she helped secure a Bronze Medal at the 2022 ISU Junior World Synchronized Skating Championships. Ellie’s diverse experience in both competition and coaching allows her to guide athletes toward achieving their full potential.

Brittney Rivelli
Brittney brings a wealth of synchronized skating experience to Teams Elite.  She skated for Miami University’s Senior Varsity Synchronized Skating Team from 2019–2023, serving as team captain her final two seasons. During her collegiate career, Brittney represented Team USA on the World Team and was honored with both the Karin Sherr Outstanding Student-Athlete Award and the Outstanding Skater Award.  She also served six seasons as a member of U.S. Figure Skating's DREAM Program from 2017–2023.

Prior to Miami, Brittney skated with the Starlights Junior team from 2014–2019, competing internationally as a member of Team USA and as a World Junior Team member.

Brittney has coached Aspire through Novice-level teams and currently works privately with Team USA Junior and Senior athletes to develop synchro-specific skills and performance quality. She brings a strong foundation in leadership, technical excellence, and athlete development to every athlete and team she coaches.

April Sirokie

Off-Ice Dance & Movement


Personal History

April is a classically trained ballet dancer and competitive dancer competing in jazz, contemporary, and lyrical. She graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts and Exercise Science from Ball State University. April has been able to dance and choreograph for many performing arts festivals and received multiple scholarships in Chicago and New York to continue her dance training. She performed professionally for 3 years and decided to focus on teaching dance and personal training. She is grateful for a healthy career so she can continue to create, choreograph, and coach.

April is also a personal trainer in the Chicagoland area specializing in strength and conditioning for athletes ranging from ice skaters, hockey players, to competitive dance teams.  April enjoys working with athletes of all ages and levels and continues to expand her education by attending fitness seminars, workshops, and master classes.

In her role at Teams Elite, April focuses on enhancing athletes' dance skills and off-ice movement to complement their on-ice performances.

Brent Locey

Personal History

Brent began his coaching career in 2005 with the Northern Virginia Swim League, where he coached through 2009 before transitioning to USS Swimming in 2009. In 2015, he moved to Chicago to launch the market for SoulCycle and has served as a Master Instructor since 2019. Brent is a NASM Certified Personal and Group Fitness Trainer (since 2016) and a Precision Nutrition Certified Nutrition Coach (since 2019), bringing a holistic approach to athletic training and performance.​
