Jamie is a highly respected ice dance coach with an impressive track record of success. He has coached numerous top-tier athletes, including 12 US Solo Ice Dance Champions—two at the Junior level and one at the Senior level—and has helped a total of 26 skaters earn US Solo Ice Dance Medals.
As a skater, Jamie competed in Ice Dance and, during his career, won 13 National Gold Medals across multiple levels. He was fortunate to have been able to represent Great Britain at international competitions and the Junior World Championships.

As a skater, Lauren skated on behalf of University of Illinois Collegiate Synchronized Skating team. During the 2012-2013 season, Lauren earned the US Synchronized Skating Championships Bronze Medal as a member of the Crystallettes Senior team. As a member of Team USA, she competed with Crystallettes Senior at the 2013 Leon Lurje Trophy.

Josh has over 18 years of coaching experience in singles. He has coached and choreographed for athletes who competed at the US Figure Skating Championships, Junior National Championships, as well as on the US National Development Team.
As a skater, Josh competed at two J/I Nationals (formerly Junior Olympic) taking Bronze and placing 7th. Josh also competed at Midwestern Sectionals through the Junior level.

Prior to Teams Elite, Shannon spent seven years coaching synchronized skating.
As a skater, Shannon competed with the Lexettes and represented Team USA at two ISU Junior World Championships, in Rouen, France and Milan, Italy. She is a three-time US Champion. Shannon also competed in Ice Dance at the Senior Level with her partner, Luke Russell, on behalf of British Ice Skating.

Loni was a Teams Elite Coach from 1998-2008 as well as Skating School Coordinator and Director of Northbrook on Ice 2004-2005. Making her way back to Teams Elite in 2019, Loni brings over 20 years experience coaching both qualifying and non-qualifying teams earning sectional and national titles.
Loni is a USFS gold medalist in Moves in the Field and Freestyle and was a Regional Competitor through Senior Ladies. Loni was a member of Team USA (1998-2000) competing with the Starlets Senior Synchronized Skating Team at the Spring Cup in Milan, Italy 2000. During this time, the Starlets were also National Bronze Medalists in 1999 and National Pewter Medalists in 2000.

- Bailey has 10+ years of coaching experience.
As a skater, Bailey represented Chicago Jazz for 13 years, where she won three US Championships gold medals at the Junior and Juvenile levels, skated on Team USA for 5 years and earned 3 International gold medals, and represented Team USA at the Junior World Cup. She continued on to Miami University where she skated on the Senior Team for four years, was a member of USFSA’s DREAM Program for three seasons, and earned the Karin Sherr Outstanding Student Athlete Award.

Ellie Lim
Assistant Coach: Aspire 2, Aspire 1
- Ellie has been coaching with Teams Elite for 7+ seasons.
As a skater and member of Teams Elite, Ellie has earned national, international and world medals at the Senior, Junior, Novice, Intermediate, and Juvenile levels. She was also a member of the 2022 and 2020 Team USA Junior World Teams, winning the Bronze Medal at the 2022 ISU Junior World Synchronized Skating Championships.

April Sirokie
April is a classically trained ballet dancer and competitive dancer competing in jazz, contemporary, and lyrical. She graduated with a Bachelors of Fine Arts and Exercise Science from Ball State University. April has been able to dance and choreograph for many performing arts festivals and received multiple scholarships in Chicago and New York to continue her dance training. She performed professionally for 3 years and decided to focus on teaching dance and personal training. She is grateful for a healthy career so she can continue to create, choreograph, and coach.
April is also a personal trainer in the Chicagoland area specializing in strength and conditioning for athletes ranging from ice skaters, hockey players, to competitive dance teams. April enjoys working with athletes of all ages and levels and continues to expand her education by attending fitness seminars, workshops, and master classes.
